San Diego Zoo

 Yesterday, we visited the San Diego Zoo with our friends Liz and Joe.  We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful day.  I had never before seen live Panda's and it was quite a thrill.  They are very peaceful and in a way, sort of magical.  I continue to rate the San Diego Zoo as the best I have ever visited.

The Golden Gate Bridge

It always takes my breath away.  However, my granddaughter wants to know why they call it the Golden Gate Bridge when it's not gold.  Good question!

In Petaluma.....

.....near Santa Rosa, visiting Brandon.  Warm and sunny!

Into California...

...snow on Mt. Shasta, but not on the road.   That's a good thing.
